Braw wee spot, rooms spotless and a cracking fridge stocked with juices and pastries. Donna's hospitality was pure brilliant, really made us feel welcome. Only downside was a bit of road noise with the windows open. Wouldnae hesitate to stay again!

Spotlessly clean with thoughtful complimentary items.
I found the shower to be cramped, making it difficult to use comfortably. The room was located near a busy road, leading to noise that disrupted my relaxation. the steep walk back from town after a long day became tiresome and was quite the challenge.

My stay at Launceston Villa was exceptionally pleasant. The hosts, Donna and Jamie, provided outstanding hospitality, ensuring all my needs were met. I stayed in a comfortable double room, which was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast selection was excellent, with piping hot options that made for an enjoyable start to each day. The property is located within a manageable walking distance to town, providing both convenience and a bit of exercise.
Road noise can be noticeable if windows are left open.

We had a lovely family stay, enjoying the spacious twin room. The little fridge was fantastic for our kids' drinks, and the host was genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also loved how easy it was to find good parking!
My wife says that the steep walk back from town was a bit tiring after a long day with the kids.

launceston villa was a lovely stay! the room was very cosy yet spacious, and the comfy bed provided a great night's sleep. i loved the little extras like the mini fridge with milk, water, and juice. it's just a 10-minute walk to a traditional pub with a coal fire, and don’t get me started on how spotless everything was!

great stay but steep walk back
I appreciated the cleanliness of the double room as it was immaculate throughout my stay. The selection of complimentary items in the fridge, like milk and juice, was a nice touch. I found the host to be very accommodating, with thoughtful recommendations for local sights and activities.
The walk back from town is quite steep, which could be a challenge after a long day.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, although the shower area was cramped and posed challenges during use. Despite the inconvenience of the room not being serviced throughout our stay, enjoying a hearty breakfast with options like boiled eggs made a positive impact. Be prepared for a steep walk from town, but it was enjoyable once acclimated.
